 Yes, you can get coffee house drinks at the new bistro/coffee house, Christian Coffee, but wait, there's more. From breakfast to dinner, their menu selections include it all.
Christian Coffee opened Monday, July 7th, at 308 East Avenue D by co-owners Porteia Dosman and James Falls. Porteia, a business major, said her catering experience and love of baking cakes were the foundation for the business, which was conceived about 8 years ago while living in Germany.
She said they wanted a place with a positive atmosphere that provided customers with a choice of ordering just coffee or a full meal, and they wanted it to be "a place where adults can eat desserts first".
Christian Coffee offers menu items normally served in a coffee house ,,, plus more, and they will soon feature Live Jazz and Contemporary Music.
